Eric D. Smith is an attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning and administration and taxation. Eric attended the College of William and Mary where he received a B.A. in Government and History and he earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007. He joined McCallum and Kudravetz, P.C. in 2011 and became a shareholder in 2016. Eric currently serves on the firm's Management Committee.  Eric and his wife live with their four children in Crozet.
